Returns

As our products are perishable food items, we only accept returns or refunds in case of genuine product issues such as damage, spoilage, or manufacturing defects.

Note: Customers must request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Once your request is submitted, our health and quality team will verify the issue. If the product matches our return and refund policy criteria, the return will be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

Opened or used food products (unless defective)
To complete your return, we require valid proof of purchase and clear photos of the product in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and verify the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be Credited within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is posted

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged.

If your item arrives in a defective or damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@zyprano.in with clear images and order details.

Once your exchange request is approved, your replacement product will be dispatched within the next working day, and delivery will be completed within 5–7 working days.

Please ship the item to the address provided in our confirmation email.

Received Damaged Product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and product photos. Ensure the packaging is intact while returning.

Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
